Since its inception, PCPlus Networks has always prioritized providing exceptional customer service. This pursuit led us to discover WCCXT which proved to be a valuable asset as a TMT partner as it introduced us to the certification program.

Throughout the WCXXT training, we identified numerous areas for improvement and began implementing the new standards. We openly acknowledged and corrected our mistakes — holding each other accountable. Ultimately, the training proved highly inspirational and provided a transformative experience for our company.

We learned that we must live and practice customer experience in our personal and professional lives to remain consistent and continue to refine our approach to deliver exceptional experiences to both our internal and external customers.
