The WCCXT training was very informative and helpful in taking Monmouth Cyber’s relationship with our clients and coworkers to a higher level.

Each session offered something new we could implement or just gave a refresher on best practices overall for handling communications. We now pay more attention to how we address clients both on and off the phone or on-site and remember to stay compassionate and not take any emotion the client expresses personally.  

The training complemented our core values, caused us to reflect and reinvigorated our team with day-in-the-life examples. This was a great opportunity for our team.
