Tech Rage IT embarked on a journey to achieve the WCCXT certification which proved to be
enlightening and transformative for our team. The timing of the training was ideal as we onboarded three new employees, and they too participated in the process, ensuring that the entire company was on the same page.
We believed that we provided good customer service, but we also recognized the importance of ensuring its consistency and excellence. We pleasantly observed that the ideas and methodologies resonated strongly with our team members.
The training helped improve external communication and brought up the point of internal communication. Leadership needs to provide the same level of customer service to its employees to have a happy workplace, which reflects happy employees and encourages excellent customer service.
The WCCXT certification has been instrumental in shaping our approach to customer service and
reinforcing our commitment to excellence. We are proud of the accomplishments we have achieved thus far and remain dedicated to continuously refining our practices to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
