At CompliancyIT, we embarked on our WCCXT journey to enhance the way we communicate with our clients and integrate new ideas into our existing policies, plans, and procedures.
The “Never and Always” concept built upon an existing practice and increased accountability. The “Day in the Life” provided a deeper understanding of our clients’ experiences and any outside influences that could affect how they communicate with us. We learned to approach client interactions with more empathy and understanding.
