This course has been a huge game changer for our team. Our team has reframed the way we think about serving our customers.
This was truly a full team experience. All facets of the workforce joined in. We came up with unique solutions to problems and truly brainstormed as a company, instead of remaining in our own silos and being frustrated with the way things are.
A final note: a wonderful byproduct of the course was its ability to bring our team together. Being a group of remote staff, we don’t always have a ton of opportunities to just get together and talk. Simply taking this course has contributed to us improving our internal culture.
