My new role at Preactive IT Solutions has given me a fresh perspective on our company’s inner workings. We have an incredible team, yet I began to notice that our response times, tone in e-mails, and approaches to client concerns could be more polished and efficient. I knew there was potential for us to raise the proverbial customer service bar.
